- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I got in as new patient last week and got an appointment two days later. The service and bedside manner was great. This was on Friday. After seeing the nurse practitioner, he said the nurse was going to take blood for testing, and they would get back to me on the following Monday. I received no call on Monday. I called 3 times on Tuesday, and was sent to Voicemail by the receptionist everytime. I only left one message, but now it's Wednesday, I still have no idea what is going on. When I called today to express this, the answer from the receptionist was call back after 1, the nurses are all busy. This is poor service, especially because it makes me more worried about my current condition. I may drive down there and express my displeasure in person, and i live over 30 minutes away.FRUSTRATING!!!!October 23, 2017by Michael H
